In the <a href=\"\/boca-raton-injury\/overview\/\">case of the Kogan &amp; DiSalvo client who fractured her ankle<\/a>, the attorney for the opposing party put the client under oath and asked a series of questions about the accident itself, her health, and her medical treatment since the accident. Many attorneys like to meet with their clients immediately before the deposition, but meeting a day or two ahead of time ensures that client has time to think about the types of questions that are going to be asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typically, a deposition is something that is foreign or unusual for the client, and they may not be familiar with the process. Lawyers meet with them ahead of time to give them an <strong>idea <\/strong>of the questions that are going to be asked and to give them some time to think about their answers. After that, the defense attorney asked questions about the injuries and the treatment that the client received following the <a href=\"\/boca-raton-injury\/slip-and-fall-lawyer\/\">fall<\/a>.
