Additionally, Mr. DiSalvo had to receive the recommendation of Judges and his peers, as well as successfully complete a written exam that demonstrates superior competency in the field of civil trail law. The board exam has a pass rate of approximately 29 percent and Mr. DiSalvo succeeded in passing the exam on the first try. Only 3 percent of all attorneys in Florida, in all practice areas combined, are board certified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more than 18 years, Theodore L.
